Today we held the South Carolina Sit Down no. 22 and it was another great success. There were 129 very enthusiastic and generous cigar lovers who attended. The cigar industry supplied fantastic items for the raffle. 3 reps also attended; Sharon Landry from General Cigars, Anwar Mithavayani from Kings Cigars, and Gary Pruitt from Moscato Cigars. The raffle tables were full and included may full boxes of cigars, humidors, cutters, lighters, and other items. The afternoon was filled with people winning fantastic prizes and thousands of dollars raised for SisterCare, Inc. Our final total was $7790! Here are pics of the afternoon.

Now, on to the raffle and silent auction winners.
Shortly after we started the proceedings one of our regular attendees spotted an item on the raffle table that he simply could not leave without. He offered to give a cash donation to SisterCare for the item and after notifying the crowd of his intentions there was no objection. So, Mitch Houston purchased the box of Graycliff Blue cigars with a donation of $200! That was very nice of Mitch. (unfortunately no picture of Mitch was taken)

Another successful event in the books! Big thanks to Wings & Ale for hosting us. This was our first time holding the event there but I'm hopeful we'll be back again next year!
