Cigars Daily and Aganorsa Leaf Launch the Rare Leaf Reserve Daily Edition Connecticut

Cigars Daily has teamed up with Aganorsa Leaf to create a new necessity in the cigar world. For years, Aganorsa has set the bar for limited-production cigars with the Aganorsa Leaf Rare Leaf Reserve. Their Corojo and Maduro blends—crafted with tobaccos from Aganorsa’s best farms—have long been available only through select purveyors.

Now, Cigars Daily’s Tim Swanson and Aganorsa’s Terence Reilly have collaborated to open the Rare Leaf Reserve door to lovers of Connecticut blends. The new Rare Leaf Reserve Daily Edition Connecticut combines Aganorsa’s renowned Corojo ‘99 and Criollo ’98 tobaccos with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, producing a mild-to-medium strength cigar with all the complexity and consistency that Aganorsa acolytes have come to expect from the Rare Leaf line.

This exclusive project is available only at Cigars Daily and will be produced as a limited edition project, made in small quantities.

A Word from Tim Swanson

“The Rare Leaf has always been a standout project for me. Aganorsa always nails it with consistency. But I found myself choosing my daily coffee-pairing cigars and wondering why there wasn’t a Rare Leaf Connecticut. When I asked Terence Reilly about it and he was willing to team up with me to bring this project to life, I was over the moon. Now, as we release it to the world, I get to bring the Rare Leaf experience into my mornings and start my day with the refined flavor I’ve wanted for a long time. My hope is that the cigar-smoking world will enjoy this project as much as I have.”

— Tim H. Swanson, Cigars Daily

A Word from Terence Reilly

“Rare Leaf has always represented the best of what we grow on our farms, and with the new Rare Leaf Connecticut, we’re showing a different side of Aganorsa — creamy, elegant, and still full of that signature flavor that makes our tobacco unique. Partnering with Cigars Daily for this exclusive release was a natural fit — their passion for educating and inspiring cigar smokers mirrors our own commitment to authenticity and excellence.”

— Terence Reilly, VP of Sales & Marketing, Aganorsa Leaf
