It's official, the next SC Sit Down will be October 15, 2005 at the Wild Hare Sports Bar in Irmo, SC. Same place, same time; arrive around noon and plan to be there until 10-ish!
If you missed the last one in May, you'll want to be at this one. Ask anyone who was there in May about the Hot Waitresses we had!!!
USC and Clemson are both off that Saturday, so there's no friggin' excuse to miss it!!!

Full report from the SC Sit Down No. 2!!!
First off, a great time was had by all!!! At our first SC Sit Down last October we had 7 people from North and South Carolina. On Saturday we had 23!!!! Quite an increase!!! We also had 3 cigar vendors supply some cigars and other merchandise to give away!!! That was WAY COOL!!!
The "drove the farthest to be here" award goes again this year to Rebel John and his lovely wife Phyllis. They came down from Raleigh, NC to be here!!! That's a 4 1/2 hour drive!!!!!! A special thanks for that effort! Also with a long drive was bildo792 from Hilton Head, SC!!! He says it only took him 2 hours to get here, but I KNOW it takes 3 1/2 hours to get to Hilton Head! He must have been in a Leer Jet!!! "Cheeze" from the RNB board came over from Greenwood; about an hour and a half away. Several guys from the Charlotte area came down; Stogiesandhoagies from Rock Hill, Skeegar, Deep, and Blueorb, all from Charlotte, NC. One of our original Sit Down members, Smalltownsmoker came over again from Manning, SC. And a host of others from the Columbia area were there!
We had the first ever "on site box pass"!!! Everyone likes the idea of a box pass, but hates to wait for it to arrive in the mail! So I decided to try one "on site" since so many cigar lovers from across the southeast would be here. It was a great success!!! Maybe this will be a tradition!
