Well, being away all last weekend at Ty and Meghan's wedding was nice but the grass didn't stop growing! Needless to say, I had tall grass to cut on Saturday. I decided to get a fairly early start before the oppressive heat set in. Afterwards I had the first of two cigars that I reviewed this weekend. The reviewed cigars are:
El Triunfador no. 4 (robusto)
Fuente Hemingway Best Seller

El Triunfador no. 4 (robusto) (5x50)
New cigar from Pete Johnson, made by Don Pepin Garcia. Lightly square pressed. Peppery cinnamon spice initially. The finish was semin-sweet almonds and fairly long. Medium bodied at best. Not overpowering at all. The cigar went through no major changes during the smoke. Good cigar.

Fuente Hemingway Best Seller (4.5x50)
This cigar supplied by Cigars Direct. The Best Seller started off sweet vanilla flavored spice with decent pepper. The finish was very long with vanilla notes. The Cameroon wrapper really makes this a very enjoyable, almost candy-like cigar. The sweetness is very pleasing. Light cinnamon notes appeared at the midpoint. Very good cigar and a must try for Cameroon lovers.
Score: 90
