United Cigars releases Firecracker at TPE with new look

Nashua, NH – The United Firecracker hit the market in 2006 as a shop exclusive and has since grown into the United portfolio. The United Firecracker has kept its original form with a fuse like wick at the cap since its introduction to the market. This short vitola (3 ½ x 50) has captured the attention of retailers over the years not only as a cigar with balanced strength but as the cigar to celebrate the 4th of July every year.

To emphasize this even more, the United Firecracker has received an upgrade in packaging design to be more retail friendly and embody the United mantra of “United We Smoke.” The natural wood lacquer finished box is draped with the newly designed United Firecracker label that secures the removable top. Once removed, the lid rests on the backside of the box for retail display. United Cigars worked with Alsack Labels on the packaging, a local printing company in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

Director of Operation for United Cigars, Oliver Nivaud said, “These updates not only elevate the presence on the shelf but the upgraded blend with aged Dominican and Nicaraguan ligero will be a crowd favorite.”

United Cigar retailers carrying the United Firecracker have exclusive access to the Limited-Edition Firecrackers that are released throughout the year. Collaborations in the past have been with La Flor Dominicana, Roma Craft, Mi Querida and Perdomo to name a few. This 4th of July release will be a Wise Man Maduro Firecracker shipping to retailers in late June.

United Firecracker measures 3 ½ x 50 and is offered in 25 count boxes with an MSRP of $5.99 per cigar. The updated line will be shown at the TPE in Las Vegas, NV May 12-14th, 2021 and is rolling out to retailers now.
