Since nothing is known about the cigar I'm reviewing it blind. No bands or other descript items. To prepare for this review I sampled the Gordo and Robusto sizes to get a feel for the cigar's makeup.

This cigar is a darker shade of brown and has a nice feel in the hand.

The test draw after cutting the cap was a bit firm but workable. The initial flavors at light up were citrus, peach, brown sugar, cinnamon, dry nutmeg, and leather. There was black pepper rated at 7 1/2. A nice start.

At the first third (36 minutes) the ash was still intact and the cigar was burning evenly. The same flavor notes are still in play; an abundance of citrus and peach, brown sugar, cinnamon, dry nutmeg, and leather. A nice combination. The sweeter notes and leather are about equal. The cigar is medium bodied. The finish is a touch of the citrus/peach and an abundance of leather with good lingering black pepper. The cigar is very tasty and there's a good burn time. I rated the first third 94.

Moving through the second third (1 hour 10 minutes) the leather and nutmeg have risen. The citrus and peach is a little downplayed. The cigar is now medium to full bodied. The finish is leather and good lingering black pepper. The cigar fell off just a touch. I rated the second third 93.

The cigar lasted an impressive 1 hour 35 minutes. The cigar kept on the same slow roll with a little more elevation in leather and nutmeg. There's now some toffee in the mix. The citrus and peach is very downplayed. The cigar is now full bodied which surprised me. The finish has a little of the toffee and leather with good lingering black pepper. I rated the final third 92. I had the same 3 pack that everyone else got. There was a robusto, toro, and gordo in the pack. I had all 3 and thought the toro was the best of the 3. Whatever this cigar is I'd say it's well worth trying. I look forward to the reveal and I'll be looking for more of these.

Overall Score: 93
