Cigar Trophies are the only awards in the cigar industry voted on by cigar consumers. This year, tens of thousands of cigar enthusiasts from around the world voted for their favorite cigars. Last Thursday, Cigar Journal magazine hosted its annual Cigar Trophy awards gala at the Intertabac Trade Fair in Dortmund, Germany.
“I am thrilled that Angel Cuesta won a Cigar Trophy for Best Boutique Cigar and that our Diamond Crown Julius Caeser, Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino, and Brick House Classic brands were all selected as finalists,” said Drew Newman, fourth generation owner. “As a family business, our cigars are very personal to us. As we strive every day to handcraft the best cigars possible, it is both humbling and gratifying to receive this recognition.”
J.C. Newman also wishes to congratulate Aldo Puncioni, its International Sales Director, for winning the Cigar Trophy for Best Cigar Accessory for the Smoking Moses Razor Cut.
