Last night, the cigar industry gathered together for Cigar Journal Magazine’s 25th annual Cigar Trophy Award Ceremony at the Intertabac Trade Show in Dortmund, Germany. This year, cigar enthusiasts from around the world cast more than 170,000 votes for Cigar Trophies. Fourth generation cigar maker Drew Newman was very honored to accept three cigar trophies, one for J.C. Newman, one on behalf of Arturo Fuente, and one on behalf of Corona Cigar Co.
Best Brand Other Countries: The American
The American is the first 100% all-American cigar. J.C. Newman rolls The American at its historic El Reloj Cigar factory in Tampa, Florida by hand with tobaccos grown in the United States. This is the fourth Cigar Trophy awarded to The American.
Best Brand Dominican Republic: Arturo Fuente Don Carlos

Best Cigar Lounge in the Americas: Corona Cigar Co. Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge in Tampa, Fla.
