Aganorsa Leaf has announced the submission of 58 SKUs to the State of California’s Unflavored Tobacco Listing (UTL) database, fulfilling the state’s latest compliance requirements for tobacco product registration. |
|
The
move helps to ensure that the vast majority of Aganorsa’s portfolio will remain available for sale
and distribution within
California following recent legislative updates mandating manufacturer submission of all cigar products intended for sale
in the state. |
|
“Regulatory compliance is an essential part of doing
business in today’s environment,” said Terence
Reilly, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aganorsa
Leaf. “California is
an important market for premium cigars, and
we want
to ensure that our retail partners and consumers there continue to have access
to the majority of the Aganorsa portfolio without disruption.” |
|
The submission covers a wide
range of Aganorsa’s premium offerings,
including the Aniversario,
Validation, Arsenio, Lunatic, JFR, Guardian of the Farm, and New Cuba lines. More
submissions will be submitted in the coming
weeks for future releases. |
|
By completing the registration process
promptly, Aganorsa
Leaf demonstrates its proactive approach to compliance and its ongoing support
of retail partners navigating evolving state
regulations. |
|
“We’re committed to
operating with transparency and professionalism,” Reilly added. “Our team continues to monitor regulatory developments
nationwide to ensure Aganorsa remains compliant across
all markets.” |
