Manifatture Sigaro Toscano Joins Cigar Association of America

The Cigar Association of America (CAA) today announced that Manifatture Sigaro Toscano S.r.l. has joined the trade association.

Manifatture Sigaro Toscano S.r.l. is the maker of the iconic Toscano cigar, born in 1818, a distinctive Italian cigar crafted from fire-cured Kentucky tobacco. Known for their bold flavor and signature shape, Toscano brands include Antico Toscano, Toscano Classico, Garibaldi, the Toscanello line and the Toscano Master Aged Series

“CAA is proud to welcome Manifatture Sigaro Toscano to the association,” said CAA President Scott Pearce. “With more than two centuries of fire-cured cigar-making tradition, Toscano brings a unique voice to our membership. Their participation strengthens CAA as we continue advocating on behalf of the entire cigar industry.

Manifatture Sigaro Toscano CEO Stefano Mariotti said the company looks forward to working with CAA as it continues to grow its presence in the United States. “The U.S. market is a key priority for our international strategy. Joining CAA allows us to further engage with the industry while bringing greater visibility to Toscano’s distinctive fire-cured tobacco tradition and the heritage of Italian cigar making,” Mariotti said.

CAA is the leading national trade association representing manufacturers, distributors, importers, suppliers, and supporting services in the cigar industry and traces its roots back to the 1890s.
