(Description taken from Halfwheel.com website)

The AVO Syncro 10th Anniversary Limited Edition is a 6 5/8 x 50  diadema fina that uses an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. While the blend is not identical to the regular Syncro Nicaragua, like the rest of the line, this vitola is box-pressed.

“The AVO Syncro 10th Anniversary Limited Edition celebrates a decade of innovation and craftsmanship,” said Edward Simon, cmo at Oettinger Davidoff, in a press release. “With this cigar, our Master Blenders showcase their unwavering commitment to expanding the boundaries of taste. The unique blend and distinctive vitola honour the Syncro legacy, delivering an unforgettable experience for our cigar enthusiasts around the globe.”

Each cigar has an MSRP of $22.

For the U.S. market, there will be 3,400 boxes of 20 cigars released.

The cigar is beautiful and has a nice feel in the hand.

The test draw after cutting the cap was good with a touch of firmness. The initial flavors at light up were pear, quite a bit of cinnamon, brown sugar, earthy black coffee, and nougat. There was black pepper rated at 7 1/2. Pretty good start.

At the first third (22 minutes) the notes are about the same. The cinnamon and brown sugar are coming out a little more. The finish is a light nougat and brown sugar with good lingering black pepper. The cigar is medium bodied. The cigar has a nice mix. I rated the first third 93.

Moving through the second third (46 minutes) a little more earthiness and elevated black coffee have entered the picture. The sweet notes dipped a little. The cigar is medium bodied. The finish is unchanged except the lingering black pepper is very good. I rated the second third 92. It slid a little but still pretty good.

The cigar lasted 1 hour 19 minutes. The earthiness pulled back. The black coffee is about the same but maybe a little less. But the earthiness has moved out for the most part. The cigar is medium to full bodied. The finish is a lot of pear and brown sugar with very good lingering black pepper. I rated the final third 93. This is a pretty good cigar. I like how the cinnamon sticks around and is quite noticeable.

Overall Score: 92.67
